CTN Calls for Video Submissions
In celebration of its 20th anniversary, CTN4, the Community TelevisionNetwork, announces "Take One," a juried video festival to be held inPortland Nov. 1-4.

The festival will feature showings of produced work and culminate in a red-carpet awards dinner. The deadline is October 15th.
